涡轮盘和叶片是航天工业和能源工业采用拉削技术最主要的产品。涡轮盘的直径大小不一，盘中有放射状分布的榫槽。此榫槽的加工精度、表面粗糙度都要求非常高，加工材料都是高温台金，非常难以加工。因此，采用拉削是非常适应且较为经济的—种方法。拉削涡轮盘可根据被加工零件的实际情况采用大小不同的卧式拉床，采用分刀多级加工，我们也可采用拉削加工中心，具备自动拉削功能（备配刀具库）。
另外，我们也生产立式的拉削汽轮机叶片的拉床，叶片的拉削是一种非常典型的垃削过程，由于品种繁多，且表面粗糙度要求也高，我们生产各类立式、卧式低速拉床加工不同品种叶片。同时，更换夹具后，也可拉削涡轮盘榫槽。
