酸雾废气净化塔的概述
酸雾废气净化塔，又叫酸性气体净化塔、酸雾净化塔、酸雾吸收塔、废气净化塔及玻璃钢酸雾净化塔，起到祛除废气中有害气体的作用，具有适用范围广，净化效率高，设备阻力低，占地面积小的特点。
酸雾废气净化塔，是一种高效率经济实用型有机废气的净化与治理装置。它结构简单、维护管理方便、能耗少、运转平稳、故障率低、吸附能力强，净化效率高、预处理等附属配套装置齐全、应用范围广，环境认可等优点。多年来我公司根据用户实际应用和安装情况，引进吸收国内外同类产品的生产经验，优化并改进设计制造，推出下料形式更方便，表面平整度更好，结构强度更高，吸附能力更强，适合不同场所安装的hxfⅱ型活性碳有机废气吸附塔。同时针对不同工艺生产中所排放的废气特性，如排放废气温度、是否含有油雾、粉尘等相关参数，在废气设备进口部分内置或增设冷却器、过滤器等预处理装置或功能段。很好的保护了吸附段，确保吸附塔在高效状态下运行。
该装置能对苯、醇、酮、酯、汽油类等有机溶剂的废气吸附净化。更适用于大风量低浓度的有机废气治理达标排放，它能有效地净化环境、消除污染。

酸雾废气净化塔的安装使用说明
1、当用户在安装酸雾净化塔时，要在高出地面150mm以上的混凝土基础上,水泵、风机应按要求另做混凝土基础。
2、在运输和安装时要注意对产品的保护，不得碰损机体及部件。
3、我们在净化塔出厂时，都会根据具体情况，采用分段包装运输，由天清环保的工作技术人员到现场安装调试。
4、如果要将酸雾净化塔在室外的使用，在冬季应对塔体的底部水池部位进行防冻措施。
5、本设备底部水池有液位标记，使用前务必按液们标记注入吸收液。使用过程中应注意补充吸收液。
6、使用时应净化塔先开循环水泵2-3分钟，再开动鼓风机，停机时应先停鼓风机1-2分钟后，再停循环水泵。
7、应根据使用情况定期检查塔体底部水池内液体酸性深度及排气口气体净化程度，超过标准时。应更换底部水池中的吸收液。
8、请注意,用户服务在酸雾净化塔在使用一年半至二年庆做一次检修，检查盘状喷淋管和填料的填塞情况，并对其进行清洗。
